1. One-time paid access
Premium access is currently sold as a one-time digital access period, not an automatic renewal subscription. Monthly access lasts 30 days after successful payment, and yearly access lasts 365 days after successful payment.
2. Effect of expiry
After the paid access period ends, the account may revert to the free plan unless the user buys a new access period. Premium-only tools may become limited after expiry.
3. Data after expiry
Expiry of paid access does not automatically delete the user account or productivity data. Access to Premium-only features may change after downgrade, but account data may be retained according to the Privacy Policy and product design.
4. Account closure
Users who disable or close their account should understand that paid access expiry and account status changes are separate actions unless explicitly confirmed together inside the product.
