1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PomoMaster, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a user does not agree, the service should not be used.
2. Service description
PomoMaster provides Pomodoro timer, task management, analytics, leaderboard, billing, and account features designed to support personal productivity and focused work.
3. Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Plans and paid access
PomoMaster may offer free and paid plans. Paid access is currently provided as a one-time digital access period selected at checkout. Monthly access remains available for 30 days after successful payment, and yearly access remains available for 365 days after successful payment. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or downgraded if payment fails or the paid access period expires.
Buying a new paid access period after expiry restores Premium access from the date of the new successful payment. Paid access is attached to the account used at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
- Users must not misuse the product, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity.
- Users must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content through the service.
- Users must not reverse engineer or exploit the product beyond what applicable law allows.
6. Intellectual property
The PomoMaster product, website, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Wolfron Technologies LLP. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although we aim to maintain a reliable product experience.
8. User data
Users retain responsibility for the information they create or manage through the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Expiry of paid access does not automatically delete account data, tasks, or productivity history. Some Premium-only actions may become unavailable after downgrade.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wolfron Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
10. Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. We may disable, suspend, or close accounts where required for security, abuse prevention, billing enforcement, or legal compliance.
11. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law governing Wolfron Technologies LLP and its operations. Users should obtain independent legal advice where required for jurisdiction-specific rights.
