Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests for PomoMaster paid access and digital purchases on pomomaster.com are handled.

1. Digital service nature

PomoMaster is a digital software service. Access to paid features is delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation, and no physical product is shipped.

2. Paid access payments

Monthly and yearly access charges are billed in advance for the selected access period. Monthly access lasts 30 days after successful payment, and yearly access lasts 365 days after successful payment. Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees already charged for an active access period are generally non-refundable.

3. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction, or a payment is captured in error, they may request a review. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Failed service access after payment

If payment succeeds but paid access is not provisioned correctly, users should contact us first. We will aim to restore access or review whether a refund is appropriate based on the payment and account records.

To help us review the issue faster, users should include the account email, payment date, selected interval, payment reference if available, and a short description of what is not working.

5. Expiry versus refund

PomoMaster paid access is currently a one-time purchase, not an automatic renewal subscription. Access expires at the end of the selected access period. Expiry or choosing not to renew does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or approved after review.

6. Refund review factors

  • transaction status and payment confirmation,
  • whether access was provisioned successfully,
  • whether the issue was technical, duplicate, or payment-related,
  • the time elapsed since the charge, and
  • applicable legal requirements.

7. Refund request channel

Refund-related requests should be made through the official support or contact details published by Wolfron Technologies LLP on wolfrontechnologies.com.

Refund approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed against payment records, access delivery status, technical issues, duplicate-charge evidence, and applicable legal requirements.
